All shipping charges are a simple 8% of purchase price.
Your order will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after the order is placed – excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email when your order is processed. Make sure to retain your order number, email address and the billing zip code for your order. If you created an account during ordering, tracking Information will be provided once acquired.

Due to the intimate nature of the Intimate Tickles LLC product line, returning a product is not possible. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
Call customer service
Write your RMA number on the product’s original packaging. (Sorry, returns cannot be accepted without an RMA number prominently displayed on the exterior of the packaging containing the defective item. Packages without an RMA number will be returned to sender.)
Package the product and all batteries and accessories that came with your product. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice and circle the listing of the product that is defective.
